Oklahoma to ban masturbation?

Constance Johnson, a pro-choice Democrat, recently introduced an amendment to an Oklahoma anti-abortion "personhood" bill, which would make "any action in which a man ejaculates or otherwise deposits semen anywhere but in a woman's vagina shall be interpreted and construed as an action against an unborn child."
The amendment would have made everything from oral sex to anal sex, from masturbation to sex with a condom illegal. She said she added the amendment to point out what she saw as an over-reaching bill that would give full human rights and protections to a fetus from the moment of conception.
Johnson has since removed the amendment, admitting it was a joke, and leaving Oklahoma's wankers free to stroke without the fear of a police raid.
