Sir Elton's photo not porn
Nan Goldin’s "Klara and Edda Belly Dancing," a photograph owned by Sir Elton John, was siezed last month by British police because they believed the image violated British child pornography laws. However, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has now decided that the photo is not indecent. They made a similar declaration in 2001.
"In order to prove that the photograph is indecent we must be satisfied that contemporary standards of propriety are so different now to what they were in 2001, that it is more likely than not a court will conclude that the photograph is indecent," said the head of the CPS Northumbria South Unit. "I am not satisfied that is the case.
"Accordingly, I am of the opinion that the evidence is insufficient to justify proceedings for offences of possession or distribution of an indecent photograph."
Have the cops decided to revisit this one picture every 6 years? Seems a big waste of time and taxpayers' money if you ask us.

The size of a man's...
How do you properly measure a man's penis? It's a question that has haunted scientists and frat boys the world over. With so many guys obsessed with their T.P.S. (true penis size), one industrious inventor has finally created a device to bring clarity to the whole debate.
As the men at Final Say claim, "You’ve done it, your father's done it, and your grandpa did it too, but none of them knew how to do it right, and a lot of them ended up cheating to bump up their results. In a world where starting your measurement from your asshole has proven to be an acceptable method, it's time now to bring this age old debate to a close."
Sure, the “phallumeasure” is not much more than a 9 inch long plastic cylinder, but it does promise to be “the most accurate way to measure your penis!” And at $14.95, it's a bargain if this kind of thing keeps you awake at night.
Now all they have to do is get the device accepted by the International Standards Organization!

The dangers of cumming on cam
The video we are about to share with you will not be appearing on Funniest Home Videos anytime soon, although it got us thinking that a late night, x-rated version of the TV classic could be fun! Even without the humorous ending, this clip is hot on so many levels: the guy is good looking, he really enjoys jerking himself off, and the money shot has to be seen to be believed.
But the climactic ending should, we hope, bring an even bigger smile to your face. Enjoy...

Jason and deMarco: making beautiful music
Meet our two latest man crushes, Jason and deMarco. These wholesome Christian cuties have been making beautiful music, both onstage and off, for over six years now, but it wasn't until a recent documentary, We're All Angels, that many of us even knew they existed. Now we can't seem to get them out of our heads!
Filmmaker Robert Nunez felt the same way when he first read about the couple in the Advocate. “I saw their photo and assumed they were two more straight models on the cover of a gay magazine who were going to tell us how cool they were with gay people. I was relieved to read that that they were gay. And they were spiritual. And they were a couple. ... they seemed proud, in love and ready to take on the Christian right.”
It was perfect timing as Nunez was hoping to find a gay-positive story for his new production company. This certainly fit the bill. "Jason and deMarco are trailblazers and their story is an important one, especially for gay teens from traditionally religious families who are so at risk for drug and alcohol abuse, depression and suicide."
The boys took the bait, and a documentary was born. Making the rounds in gay film festivals throughout North America, the film has certainly bolstered an already growing fan base. [more]

Sir Ian McKellen disses gay sex ban
Sir Ian McKellen has an excellent sense of timing. Rather than throwing a hissy fit when he found out about Singapore's ban on gay sex while he was visiting the country to perform in a play, he bided his time for the perfect moment to make a statement. That moment: during a live TV interview.
As he said, "I didn't realise, as a gay man, that I'd be a criminal once I arrived - because it's illegal for a man to make love to another man in Singapore.
"I was rather naughty because I was on an early morning show - the sort of show that happens all over the world on TV, where you get a couple who are clearly not married or related that flirt all the time, usually an older man with a younger woman.
"At the end of the interview, they asked what was I looking forward to doing while I was in Singapore. And I looked at the man, who was clearly straight, and said, `Can you recommend any decent gay bars?', which would be illegal in every possible way.
"I looked at the playback of the programme afterwards and I've never seen the credits come up (on the screen) so quickly." [more]

Just another naked New York day
Life's little stresses affect each of us in different ways. Some of us break down and cry for no apparent reason. Some of us binge on chocolate, alcohol, or sex. And, apparently, some of us eschew all clothing and go for a nice, refreshing walk.
Suffering from a sudden bout of anxiety, Josh Drimmer, a 26-year-old Yale graduate student, went pubic for the New York public. "It was an extreme panic attack brought on by days of not sleeping...I'm all right. Tell everyone I'm OK. I had a bad day."
Co-workers thought something was amiss at the media company where Drimmer is employed. He was "talking crazy" at one point, and experienced a melt down at the coffee machine. But we're sure they didn't expect this.
Naked, Drimmer wandered the streets until he was picked up by police. But like any true New Yorker, he kept his cell phone with him the whole time!

Oh-bama!
Barack Obama pissed off a few supporters when his "Embrace the Change" tour included gospel singer Donnie McClurkin, an ex-gay pastor who argues homosexuality is a choice.
"There is no gospel in Donnie McClurkin's message for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people and their allies," said Joe Solmonese, president of the Human Rights Campaign. "That's a message that certainly doesn't belong on any presidential candidate's stage."
However, Obama argues that he is a strong supporter of gay rights: “I have consistently spoken directly to African-American religious leaders about the need to overcome the homophobia that persists in some parts our community so that we can confront issues like HIV/AIDS and broaden the reach of equal rights in this country.”
And though McClurkin will continue to tour with Obama, openly gay Rev. Andy Sidden has been asked to join "Embrace the Change" as well. We think that Sidden and McClurkin should begin each show by mud wrestling in pink g-strings and angel wings, representing the classic struggle between good and evil!

Bareback porn shoot infects three with HIV
It had to happen sooner or later: Three young British men, 18, 21, and 26, have tested positive for HIV after taking part in a bareback video. A fourth actor, with whom the three had sex, tested positive shortly after the video shoot, and was unaware of his HIV status during filming.
The men relied on a 48-hour DNA screening test to discover their new status. However the test is considered unreliable, as it will often result in a false-positive. A standard anti-body test is still required to confirm infection, but this can only be administered three months following exposure to the virus for an accurate result.
If you thought bareback producers had a foolproof way of screening their models for HIV, we've got a bridge to sell you ...
