Rod Daily is a total jock. He loves to work out (it shows); he watches football, favoring the Denver Broncos; he's obsessed with Mixed Martial Arts; and when he's on his PlayStation, he's probably playing the NFL-inspired game Madden. Yes, he's the hot guy you and your sister both wanted to get your hands on!
Lucky for us he also does porn. He's been in the business for about seven years, starting back in 2005 with Studio 2000, before teaming up with the likes of Hot House and Falcon. But his career really took off when the 5'11" stud made his way to Next Door Studios and got his very own website.
Sadly, some have dismissed him as gay-for-pay, which doesn't really do the man justice. He describes himself as bisexual and seems equally comfortable with both male and female scene partners.
"I like sex in all shapes, ways, forms and sizes and I love to explore my sexuality in all ways," he explains. "I'm very open minded and I don't judge anyone. Life is too short so enjoy yourself, there is no room for hate."

Wonder twins of porn deactivated
Normally a porn star's retirement is no big deal. But when you are two of the best known gay twins in the industry, it is a bit of a big deal when you call it quits.
The Peters twins first appeared in 2009 in a scene that was billed as “The Ultimate Taboo Finally Broken.” Not only were they biological twins (and not just guys who looked very similar), they also went all the way with one another.
Bel Ami admitted that when the two started, the company's membership increased by 25%. And the first DVD, Taboo, became its most successful release of 2010.
Not everyone was a fan. The DVDs depicting Elijah and Milo being intimate had to be re-edited for both the US and British markets because of censors in each country. However, fans were still able to access the uncut scenes online.
Well, all good twincest must come to an end.
“BelAmi’s Peters twins are without doubt a porn phenomena," the company said in a statement. "They are still young guys and feel it’s time to focus 100% on their studies and their future outside of the adult world. Their final 4 scenes are slated to be released in coming months.”
The final scene will feature just the two brothers, "and it will remind people why they became such a big deal in the first place."

Bryce Star talks porn
There's no denying that Bryce Star is cute, in that boy next door kind of way. He's attractive, but still approachable. In shape, but not overly muscled. And the camera loves him. Which is why you might have been seeing a lot more of him lately.
He was recently interviewed by Books and Porn, and opened up about his life in the industry. And it all started with him shaking his money-maker.
"Well, initially I was GoGo Dancing at clubs all over California," he told B and P, "which introduced me to many people within the industry. Over time it led me into the scene and into my first video."
Of course, now that he's shot for a couple of studios, people are wondering how far the mostly bottom will go on camera.
"Like I tell directors once on set when they ask this: I’m all about the product and their direction. If the scene needs me to be more one way than another, then I shall deliver if the final product is guaranteed amazing. The more I’ve been filming the more I’ve come into my own sexual preferences and I definitely have been considering do more of kink/flogging type work, but we shall see." To which we say: yes, please!
Not that porn has been all fun and games. The industry can be hard on one's social life, Star admitted. He isn't dating at the moment. " ... unfortunately the brave souls that initially think its “cool” or “fun” to date a porn model end up along the wayside," he explained. "Hopefully, someday soon someone will come along to make me smile and challenge me body/mind/soul. Now accepting applications."
And his family, well, "we have distanced quite a bit since I began, but hopefully one day soon they’ll come around."

Conner Habib's advice for working in porn
Harlow Cuadra appeals murder sentence
Harlow Cuadra, a former gay porn star and producer, has filed an appeal on his conviction. Cuadra received a life sentence in 2009 for the grisly murder of Bryan Kocis, the owner of Cobra Video.
Cuadra only managed to escape the death penalty when the jury was unable to agree on his sentence.
Joseph Kerekes, Cuadra's boyfriend and business partner, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and is serving life in prison.
For the appeal Cuadra is citing duress behind his role in the murder. He is claiming to have been controlled by Kerekes, who was a bully and an abuser. He faulted his trial lawyers, Paul Walker and Joseph D’Andrea, for failing to raise the issue for the jury.
An earlier appeal was upheld by the state Superior Court in October 2010.
A new book on the murder is due out at the end of May. Cobra Killer, by Peter A. Conway and Andrew E. Stoner, will explore the murder and subsequent trial in more detail.
The timing of the appeal and the book's pending release are purely coincidental we're sure. But perhaps Cuadra will get a free copy of the book for helping generate a little publicity.

Gay asian porn star promoting safer sex
Koh Masaki may not be well known in North America, but the Japanese porn star has made a name for himself on the other side of the world. When not shooting his load on camera, he's touring throughout Asia as a much sought after go-go dancer. He also models, and he recently appeared in a pop music video for Ayumi Hamasaki.
This past weekend he joined up with fellow actor Kong at a party in Taipei, at which new local services were being promoted to keep the community healthy and informed when it comes to sex.
"They [were] invited to promote the importance of health education and the use of condoms," Bevis Tseng, a director of the Taiwan AIDS Foundation, explained. Tseng said that having porn stars talk about sexual health would be "more effective among the gay community" than more formal campaigns.
With unsafe sex becoming more common between men in Taiwan, the discussion is an important one.
Masaki admitted he didn't always practice what he preaches. In a recent interview, he acknowledged having shot several porn videos without condoms. But "I quit sex without a condom in May last year," he said.

Diesel Washington has a secret
Sadly we don't have much to tell you about Mr Washington and his secret web series. He's keeping pretty tight lipped about the whole affair.
But what we can tell you is this: Washington has stated he's tired that men of color are under represented in the industry, so he's going to do something about it.
"Well I'm shooting a Web mini-series starring some the sexiest Men of Color today," he confessed. "I will give you a hint as to some of the models that I brought on for this project. Lawson Kane, Izzy ([from] Its Gonna Hurt fame), and award winning bottom Sarge."
In total, he plans to bring in 10 models to work with him on the project.
"It's time for Men of Color to stand up! Finally a project starring Men of Color filmed like a Falcon/Raging feature. It was long over due!!"

Sometimes the personal lives of porn stars surprise us.

Young Corbin Fisher model passes away
It is always sad news when a young person dies. And for those of us who work in the porn world, the news of a porn star dying at an early age is difficult to hear.
Word came out earlier this week that popular Corbin Fisher model, Sean, passed away. The cause of death has not yet been released.
Corbin Fisher created a memorial page for the young actor. On it was written: "It is with the most profound sadness we share with you, his fans, news of Matthew's recent passing. The deep sorrow felt with his loss is matched only by the tremendous gratitude we all feel at having had the opportunity to get to know and work with this incredible young man. In his year at Corbin Fisher, "Sean" has had an enormous impact upon a great many of us - from the fans who knew him for his enthusiasm, charisma, and remarkable good looks, to his co-workers and fellow performers who knew him as a generous and selfless friend."
For those who were fans, condolences may do so by e-mailing RememberingSean@corbinfisher.com. "We will collect the messages and pass them on to his loving, supportive, and grieving family," said the company.
